Where can I charge at?
To find chargers, tap the middle of the map to show the lightning icon, then tap that to show chargers near you. The red ones are the superchargers (very fast). You can also use the Plugshare app.
How do I charge?
When using a Tesla charger, click on top of it to open the charge port (back left side) click and hold to release it from the car once finished. For non-Tesla chargers, you can use the included J-1772 adapter in the car, but don't forget to return it when finished!
What are your policies?
No running the car battery down to 0, no smoking of any kind including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, or any other substance, and no unauthorized drivers.
What if I want to extend the rental period?
Please plan accordingly and notify us if you need to extend. A $25/hour late fee if the vehicle is not returned on time.
Can I drive out of state?
If you do go out of state we require you use the Tesla navigation system at all times to ensure you do not run out of battery.
Do you have any age restrictions?
Each driver should have a valid driver‘s license for the duration of the rental period and be at least age 21.
